Euroconsulting is a registered agent of the Registrar of Companies and Close Corporations and therefore has direct access to their database and can submit any internal changes of companies and close corporations.

In addition to the registration of a business with the Registrar of Companies and Close Corporations Euroconsulting offers the registration of the business for Income Tax and possibly VAT (Value Added Tax), obtains Import and Export licences if applicable and registers their trademark.
